Notice: Census 2022 to be conducted within the estate from 10-14 April 2022

Dear Residents,

Ms Nkcubelo Gqoli, a resident of Amberfield Valley HOA, will be making her rounds within the Estate to conduct the Census 2022 data collection from Monday 10 April 2022 to Thursday, 14 April 2022.

There is a possibility of an extension for the following week.

Ms Gqoli will carry the necessary identification documentation with her to easily identify herself to residents.

Any extension(s) by Stats SA will be communicated accordingly.

Notice: Adjourned AGM now set for 9 April 2022 at 10h00

Dear Owners,

An email was issued on 4 April 2022 to all owners by Pretor Group regarding the upcoming Amberfield Valley HOA AGM.

The adjourned AGM will take place on Saturday 9 April 2022 at 10:00 am.

New Venue: Raslouw NG Gemeente (Dutch Reformed)
Corner of Theuns van Niekerk and Theo Streets, Wierdapark, Centurion

A quorum was not present on Saturday 2 April 2022.

Do note: Owners with a levy account not in good standing will not be allowed to attend the meeting.

Kindly note the following:

The Resolutions Ballot is to complement the Proxy Form that should be populated and submitted prior to the meeting by those that are unable to attend.

Otherwise, those that will be attending will have an opportunity to fill in the ballot after presentations on the different resolutions are done.

On the other hand, Directors’ elections will be done through the Directors Election Ballot as the names will be populated as per received nominations from the HOA members.

The election ballot will therefore only be populated at the meeting after the list of nominees is confirmed.

Please note:

Record date for voting: In terms of Section 59 of the Companies Act, the record date determined by the Directors shall be 24 hours prior to commencement of the meeting; an owner will not be allowed to vote at the meeting if any amount due to the Company remains outstanding at this date.

Owners are requested to submit any queries regarding the Audited Financial Statements to the office of the Managing Agent at least 48 hours prior to the meeting, in order for the Directors to have sufficient time to investigate and prepare a response.
